I’m Om, a Gen Z entrepreneur and operations strategist with a cross-industry foundation and a strong eye for scalable ventures. At just 22, I bring over five years of hands-on business experience—from managing manufacturing and immigration firms to now leading the vision for GIVE Pvt. Ltd. as one of its founding directors.

My professional journey began early. Coming from a business-oriented family, I grew up around enterprise—from overseeing our family-run manufacturing business (producers and exporters of puja patti), to working through real-world challenges in operations, inventory, team dynamics, and scaling. During the COVID era, I co-managed a restaurant venture, taking on every role from floor staff to full-scale operations manager. This phase shaped my agility, resilience, and people-first approach to business.

After my high school years, I pursued a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Sociology while actively driving transformation in our family businesses. I played a pivotal role in modernizing and expanding our manufacturing operations, leading the development of a new debt-free facility and introducing structural reforms to improve worker relations and workflow.

I later joined an immigration consulting where I served as Additional Director. I contributed to profile development, SOP drafting, product sourcing, client engagement, and international operations. I also gained firsthand exposure to managing overseas business environments, including experience in the UAE market, where I sharpened my knowledge in client relationship management, compliance, and cross-border legal processes.

A standout moment in my journey came when I had to navigate a complex legal situation overseas involving key stakeholders. I took charge of client relations, engaged directly with legal authorities, immigration lawyers, and judicial systems, and successfully managed high-stakes escalations. This was an experience that forged my strength in disaster management and crisis resolution—skills that now shape my leadership approach.

Currently, I’m pursuing a one-year Entrepreneurship Development program at Symbiosis, Pune, while actively leading strategy and operations at GIVE Pvt. Ltd. With a clear vision and a high-risk appetite, I’m committed to helping Indian investors access the best global real estate opportunities, starting with Dubai and soon expanding to NEOM in Saudi Arabia.
